I hope you love my products. But most of all, I want you to be happy with them!
So please read the following terms and conditions to ensure satisfaction.
Handmade in Amsterdam (Netherlands)
Although every effort is made to provide you with the highest quality products, please note that due to the pre-loved nature of the denim used in my hand-embroidered creations, items may have slight imperfections, adding to their character.
One-of-a-kind
Each denim garment I decorate with hand embroidery is unique.
When you want me to personalise your favourite pair of jeans or cherished jacket with a model you have seen in my shop, there might be slight differences. So you are sure to have a truly unique, eye-catching hand stitched garment. How cool is that?
Gift wrapping
If you would like me to wrap a package or add a note just ask! I'm happy to do so.
Shipping
All orders are shipped from Amsterdam (the Netherlands) within 3 working days.
Probably less than 3 days, as I want you to be happy with your purchase as soon as possible!
Shipping costs are calculated based on your location at checkout. All prices are shown in euros.
Please ensure your shipping details are correct! I am unable to redirect orders once they have been shipped.
Angie.Amsterdam will not be held liable for any lost or damaged items whilst in the hands of postage agencies.
I trust that your order will reach you undamaged and without issue however I can not control this once shipped.

Taxes
For all international orders, you are responsible for any customs duties, foreign taxes, or other fees that may be imposed.
I can not be held responsible for any additional fees.
Delivery
Delivery takes one week for Europe and two weeks for orders placed outside Europe.
Tracking number
A tracking number and confirmation email will be send to the email address you provide at checkout.
Make sure to add hello@angie.amsterdam to your email contacts to avoid my messages to end up in your junk email!
Exchanges
Please take the time to review the detailed size information provided on every product page. Or send me an email (hello@angie.amsterdam) to discuss sizes to ensure the garment is right for you in an attempt to avoid exchanges. I am more than happy to assist you with sizing!
Exchanges are welcome within 2 days after reception, if the correct size is available and in stock. Please send an email to hello@angie.amsterdam within 2 days after reception of your order. Should your size not be available for exchange, a credit note will be offered. The exchange will be processed once the original purchased item is returned, at your expense with a track & trace code, in its original and re-sellable condition within five (5) business days. The item must not have been worn. Shipping fees for the exchange will apply.
Refunds
Refunds are not offered for change of mind purchases. Should you believe you are entitled to a refund please contact me within two days of your order being received.
As I spend many hours to hand embroider all pre-loved denim garments, you can be sure all items are carefully inspected for quality control!
Order Cancellation
You are welcome to cancel an order, provided your hand embroidered item has not been shipped.
If you choose to do this, a credit note will be applied to your order.
The credit note is valid for purchase of any other store product.
Privacy
I cherish my own privacy, and yours too, of course! I always apply the privacy law. That means that personal information you give to me (name, address, …) will only be used for shipping your products. None of that information will be shared with other companies.
All payments on check-out are secured and encrypted.
Intellectual property
All content contained on my website or via social media channels remain my property and can not be replicated or reused without prior consent. Unauthorised use is prohibited.
